About
We help students get ready — then go.
CEAC (pronounced "seek") — the Center for Entrepreneurship and Career Readiness — is a nonprofit that prepares youth for entrepreneurship and career readiness. We believe students don't need permission to start; they need a starting block. Three pillars give them one: CoolOpps Clubs, a Summit, and an app.
Our mission
To prepare every young person to earn, learn, and serve — by turning ambition into real opportunities and real next steps.
What we believe
Start, don't wait
Students don't need to wait for permission. They need a lane.
Real over resume
A built thing beats a bullet point. We make portfolios, not certificates.
Crew, not solo
Every student gets a mentor and a crew that has their back.
